Audience Activation is a done-for-you service from Vidiom AI. We take the customers, email list and followers you already have, put them into one system, and run text and email campaigns that bring people back to buy, book or sign up.
How much does it cost?
In Canada: $750 CAD one-time setup plus $297 CAD per month. In the U.S.: $547 USD setup plus $217 USD per month. Setup covers loading your list and launching your first 14-day campaign. The monthly fee covers new campaigns, capturing new followers and inquiries, and review requests.
What do I need to get started?
An export of your customer list (from your booking or sales software), your email list if you have one, your Instagram account, and one offer you want to push. We handle the rest.
How fast will I see results?
Your first campaign runs for 14 days. Because it goes to people who already know your business, replies and sales usually start during that first campaign.
Which businesses is this for?
Businesses that already have customers or followers: salons and barbershops, gyms and fight clubs, coaches, and supplement or product brands.
Is it legal to text and email my customers?
We only message contacts you have permission to contact, and every message includes a way to opt out. We review your list for consent before anything is sent.
